How do I choose how Charma Sales Assistant users are notified?

The Sales Assistant can deliver notifications to users that allow them to quickly resolve their open nudges. To choose which kinds of notifications are delivered, go here.

You will see this screen:

In the Per-Nudge Settings area you can enable notifications that go out as soon as a nudge is created. For example, notifications about a nudge for past-due close dates on Opportunities can be sent to the Opportunity's owner as soon as the close date enters the past.

Currently, per-nudge notifications are only supported for Slack. The Slack notifications look like this:

In the Reminder Settings area you can configure notifications that go out at a fixed time and alert users of all their unresolved nudges. Reminder notifications can be enabled for both Email and Slack. You can set the time and day of each reminder.
